This monthly tip is about creating; an act that begins in your
heart and soul. It’s time to begin asking ourselves, “What am
I going to create in my life now?” Listen to your heart and
soul for the answer, and then begin this creation in your
mind, your most powerful computer and most resourceful
relational database. Your mind (with its integrated circuits)
then communicates into the physical reality—your body and the
physical dimension we live in.
So as we are bustling about, ask yourself this question “What
am I going to create in my life now?” Then give yourself a
little quiet to listen to the answer. Even if you can’t get to
a mountain cabin for some renewal, you can hear your heart and
soul speak to you by being quiet. If you don’t meditate, turn
off the radio in the car; or listen to your soul in the shower
when the refreshing gift of water washes over you like a
mountain waterfall…
Tip: Create what you want
in life by listening to your heart and soul.

Stay Focused When We’re Too Busy?
|
It seems we are living at twice the pace that is comfortable.
Work, school, social life…all combine to one big blur…As we
participate in all the frenetic activity (that we choose to do)
one way to stay centered, in charge, and to experience our
choice in life is to stay clear about our intentions and the big
picture. Instead of letting the details drag us down, when we
remind ourselves of the direction we are headed in, we can let
go of some of the details and congratulate ourselves for
progress made.
Tip: The most important thing we can do as leader of
our own life is set the direction and stay clear and grounded in
our purpose.
It is not enough to deal with a problem intellectually. You also
have to move it through your body. Our thoughts and feelings
actually get lodged in our cells. According to Candace Pert, the
research scientist who identified and described the “Molecules
of Emotion” in her book by the same title (see reference below);
there are chemicals that bind emotions to our cellular
structure. Emotions are cellular signals that translate
information into physical reality. So you actually can “surface”
emotions with body work such as breathing, meditation, massage,
acupuncture, or other similar means.
You may have experienced some buried emotion surface during a
massage or meditation. This is part of the process of
healing…clearing the energy that blocks the free flow of our
chemical systems. Even if we are not “sick” we may be stuffing
emotions and limiting our self in some way.
Tip: Surface those stored emotions and free up your
energy flow

Be willing to be afraid! Fear is good! |
No, I haven’t lost it. Let’s look at what fear really means.
Human beings are designed to survive. Our biological make-up is
designed to have us take immediate action when our survival is
threatened (you don’t have to think about running from that
moving bus)! Yet, we generally suppress any feeling of fear, and
don’t want to face it. Fear is simply a signal that we want to
live! It means you have something to live for. It’s good news.
You may want to look closer at your fear to discover what
concern is driving you. Most often fear about what will happen
in the future keeps us stuck. Fear is energy and energy just
wants to move. As soon as you surface that fear, realize your
concern is simply another dimension of life, you will feel a
release of energy!
Tip: Surface your fear and let it go! You will
experience a burst of energy!
